The 5-day course organised by the Politecnico di Torino focused on Nano-Bio-technology for general CMOS sensing and CMOS sensing for medical applications. In particular, the Nano/Bio and the Bio/CMOS interfaces were covered as two important aspects of this field, including the relevant theory and physics. The course served as a training event for academical staff of partner institutions and an important step for a successful implementation of new curricula in microelectronics.
